Here’s a few things you need to know about who we are and how we operate. Every vacation we create is private and custom…personalized to your specific wants and needs. That means we do not have set departure dates and we don’t do group trips (unless it’s your own private group).

Our customized itineraries include…

  • Upscale best-in-class accommodations in hotels, lodges, ranches and camps
  • Special access to and exclusive tours of museum collections, archaeological and Native American sites
  • Customized programs created for families, children and those with specific interests
  • Private transfer and air charter services in and between parks if desired
  • Arrival, departure, pre and post lodging and touring arrangements in major gateway cities (Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle and more)

Please note we do not handle lodging-only or activity-only bookings because our experience has shown us that our travelers have a much better experience when we develop a custom itinerary with a blend of private guided touring, activities & excursions and lodging.

Important update: Our minimum booking amount is now $5,000. For any booking with a departure date 60 days or less from time of form submission we charge a $250 non-refundable late booking fee. We do not book commercial air or rental cars; we leave that to you or your travel agent.

One of our vacation planners will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of the Trip Planning Form (except for those forms received from Friday at Noon PT and Saturday, for which we will contact you the following Monday). We will then send an initial itinerary within 24-48 hours of our contacting you.
